Memo to future self: should you find yourself sitting in front of your editor for over an hour and not getting anywhere and starting to get frustrated about how you sit in front of your editor and don't get anywhere again, know then you've sat there about 30 to 45 minutes too long. Stand up, get out of the house, walk, eat proper food, then, maybe, sit again. Sincerely yours, past self.
