As this category is nearly "full" (by my completely arbitraty definition at least), I'd like to reflect a bit on what I wrote in the last six month. What was on my mind? Are there overarching or recurring themes? Do I have many loose ends?

The notes #1, #4, #5, #7, #40, #45, #81, #83, and #84 deal with dysfunctions in organizations and systems.

Not quite finished, but progressed quite a bit, a series of notes on educational codebases: #17, #18, #22, #24, #31, #53, #68, #89, and #91. I think at some point in time I'd like to wrap up this topic into a single long article, but no need to rush it.

Another series of notes is about patterns of personal websites: #8, #14, #27, #28, #29, #33, #43, #74, and #80. Closely related to that topic are also the notes on certain more specific design ideas that I've either encountered somewhere in the wild or considered to implement myself: #16, #21, #41, #47, #51, #58, #62. I also took a few notes on the state of the web as medium at large: #23, #30, #34, #46, #55, #61, #72, #79.

Then a few scattered thoughts, notes and observations around software architecture/design/construction: #6, #15, #19, #26, #32, #37, #63, #73, #76, #87, #92, #97.

As to loose ends, a few of the notes sketch either ideas for, or the residue of projects: #11, #12, #20, #39, #50, #66, #75, #77, #82. And I also jotted down a handful of questions that seem interesting/important/great to me (and by their very nature are loose ends): #35, #44, #81, #86, #96.

Of course there was also ample meta-blogging, navel gazing, some more personal remarks and other topical one-offs. Those who care are invited to take a stroll through this little secret garden. And now, only a final note for this series of 100 (remember, the numbering is zero-indexed) remains to be written.
